All exhibits excepting those in Class D (Cattle), E/F and G (Sheep), H (Wool) and W (Poultry) must be on the Showground ready for judging not later than 9.00am on the first day of the show.

All exhibits to be bona fide property of the exhibitor for one month previous to the date of entry.

Exhibitors of stock will be required to furnish full particulars with their entries, as to age and pedigree of each exhibit, also the breeder's name, where same is known, and in the case of sheep, when same was last shorn and such other information as the Committee may demand.

All exhibits in the Agricultural Produce Class must have been grown or made by the exhibitor. Saddlery and other manufactured articles must be bona-fide property of, and have been made by the exhibitor.

No name plate or any other distinguishing mark are to be made visible on any manufactured article exhibited.

The Committee retain the right to add, alter, reclassify the section of any entry or cancel any section or event.

Judges may recommend for a prize any exhibit of special merit not included in the schedule, but may withhold a prize where there is only one exhibit or where the Judge considers the exhibit is not up to merit.

The decision of the Judge must be accepted as final.

The committee reserves the right to call upon any exhibitor or competitor to make a Statutory Declaration as to the correctness and bona-fide of his/her exhibit or entry.

Protest against awards must be lodged with the Stewards of the Section not later than two hours after the award has been made, accompanied by a deposit of $5.00. Such deposit to be forfeited if the protest be deemed frivolous and returned in the event of the protest being upheld.

No exhibitor shall be allowed to remove his/her exhibit from the Showground before 4.30pm on the second day of the Show without the consent of the Committee.

The Committee may abandon or postpone the Exhibition or any event thereof, through wet weather or for any reason which may make such course advisable in the opinion of the Committee. Should the Exhibition or any event be abandoned exhibitors shall be entitled to a return of Entrance Fee paid but no cause of action, liability or application shall be maintained or incurred by the Committee of by the Society by reason of such abandonment or postponement.

The society shall not be liable for any accident, injury' loss or damage that may occur to, or be caused by any exhibit during, the Show and it shall be an implied condition of every entry that the exhibitor shall hold the Society indemnified from any action or proceeding arising from such accident, injury, loss or damage.

The Committee may, by resolution, place such conditions and restrictions

on the winning and holding of any 'Trophy or Prize as it sees fit and any Exhibitor who fails to observe or abide by such condition or restriction shall be classed as a defaulter and may be required to make good or rectify his default and/or be fined by the Committee an amount not exceeding the value of the Trophy or Prize involved and/or be debarred to all the privileges of membership.

Donors of $100.00 and upwards as Specials or otherwise will receive a free Member's Ticket and be entitled to all the privileges of membership.

Exhibitors and Competitors must pay gate entry or become a member. Failure to do so will result in ineligibility for competition.

All prize money to be collected within 14 days of the Show, the unclaimed prize money to be put into a rain fund.
