Trundle has a history of many sports over the years. Usually achieving high standards with the many talented trundle prople. Some sports you may not remember but they were part of the Trundle's rich sporting history.

1925-26 there was a football club in Trundle. On 13 May 1927 the Trundle Football League was formed with its headquarters in Trundle. In the first year of competition teams from Bogan Gate, Condobolin, Fifield and Trundle. Interest grew with teams from Yarrabandi and Tullamore being added.
